Avoid jewelry, rough edges, and excessive stretching that may pull or distort the fabric.
Hygiene-related protective seals must remain intact where they are supplied with the item.

Finding a Better Fit
Eligible items may be exchanged within the 30-day window. Exchanges depend on current inventory and are confirmed only after the original item passes inspection.
After Inspection
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original payment processing times are controlled by the bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges paid for optional expedited services, where applicable, are not normally refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The parcel is recorded as received at the designated return location.
The garment, tags, packaging, and return details are inspected for eligibility.
